“Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature.” — Thich Nhat Hanh
Tuning into daily mindfulness can bring some beautiful attunement into your life. Doing doing practice is like hitting a reset button for your mind, helping you stress less, feel your emotions without getting swept away, and ditch the endless loop of worries. Plus, it sharpens your focus, boosts your self-awareness, and can even lead to better sleep and maybe even a healthier body (this is research based)! Overall, it's a fantastic way to cultivate more calm, joy, and a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
One of the daily practices we recommend (and do ourselves) is performing a simple ritual style meditation with a specific flow. Start by choosing one intention that speaks to you today. What area of your life do you feel drawn to work on at this moment? Below are a few ideas. Once you have selected an intention, follow the steps by incorporating your word.
Love | Meekness | Curiosity | Vulnerability | Faith |
Freedom | Beauty | Creativity | Joy | Serenity |
Passion | Respect | Effort | Humility | Discipline |
Truth | Acceptance | Inner harmony | Understanding | Integrity |
Patience | Health | Success | Honor | Clarity |
Adventure | Peace | Equanimity | Purpose | Courage |
Action | Forgiveness | Wisdom | Strength | Loyalty |

What do you notice when you do this? Does is seem authentic? Do you feel any level of shift internally in your mind, body, or heart? What about after doing this for a week? a month?
The work that we are engaged in is slow steady transformation, an internalized shift in being; and it only comes through faithful practice and intentionality. Keep up the the committed practice and watch the transformation unfurl!
